What is AIA Vitality?
AIA Vitality is a science-backed program that helps you learn more about your health, offers ways to improve it and motivates you with rewards along the way.
Here’s how it works:
You earn AIA Vitality Points by learning about and improving your current state of health in the areas of physical, nutritional and mental wellbeing. Completing your health-related activities builds your points balance, earning you weekly rewards when you reach your personalised fitness targets and contributes to your overall AIA Vitality status. Your status starts at Bronze and as you work through the program you move through to Silver, Gold and Platinum. The higher your status, the higher the discount you receive on some AIA Vitality rewards, including your insurance premium, Airpoints rewards, and Forme spa vouchers.
There are three key elements to the AIA Vitality program:
1. Know your health
Understanding your health is the first step to improving it. You can earn AIA Vitality points by completing various online and offline health assessments and screenings, nutrition check-ups, and fitness assessments.
2. Improve your health
Once you know the state of your health, AIA Vitality can help enable you to improve it with access to discounted nutrition consultations, fitness devices, and personalised weekly workout goals. Earn AIA Vitality points and increase your status for things like tracking your exercise, eating well and taking preventative health measures.
3. Get rewarded
As well as enjoying savings with our health and lifestyle partners, you can also turn your active lifestyle into reward vouchers which can be spent with Airpoints, New World, iTunes, HOYTS and Harvey Norman.
